Outage from today’s storm (Mar 15, 2024) caused major outage but 75% of customers are now back on line as of 10:30AM.  We’re working through remaining issues. You may want to turn off and on all your equipment including the power supply powering your outside internet receiver to see if that resolves.

Most issues are resolved by simply turning off all your equipment for 10 seconds and turning them back on. Be sure to include the power supply that powers the outside Internet receiver antenna. Wait 15 minutes and test whether your issue is fixed. If not, call us.
